We collaborate with mid-market international clients across industries like airlines, logistics, and consumer goods, designing impactful reporting solutions and fostering honest, long-term relationships — because excellence comes from trust and expertise.
What are we looking for?
A nice, honest, and empathetic person (because great teams start with great people)
Strong expertise in Power BI, including advanced development, data modelling, and performance tuning (Power Query, DAX, best practices, etc.)
Solid SQL knowledge
Ability to understand business needs, identify pain points, and proactively propose data-driven solutions
Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with business stakeholders
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Bonus points if you have…
Experience with Data Engineering concepts and ETL processes
Experience working with platforms such as Databricks, BDT, or similar data environments
Experience working with modern data architectures or cloud data platforms
