RED is now supporting a leading international client in the consumer goods sector on a large-scale transformation project and is looking for a Change Management & Supply Chain Consultant to join the team.

Language: English and Spanish
Key Requirements
* +8 years of experience in supply chain and change management roles, with proven leadership in complex transformations.
* Deep understanding of SAP S4 and its applications in supply chain.
* Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, driving organizational change, and aligning business processes.
* Strong change management expertise in the consumption sector or similar industries.
* Fluency in English (advanced level), with additional Spanish skills a plus.
* Ability to interact with senior business and IT stakeholders, providing leadership and clear communication.
* Proven experience in defining, driving, and managing changes to people, processes, and systems.
