Job Summary: About the Role & Team This role supports the Studio and Brand Franchise as well as occasionally other Lines of Business marketing teams by providing actionable social media analysis—including social listening—and influencer analysis related to Studio content (films and series) as well as the Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm, and Pixar franchises.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.
What You Will Do
The analyst will leverage a variety of third-party and internal tools to generate insights from multiple data sources, including social listening platforms, owned social media performance metrics, video analytics, and other relevant data.
The specialist will identify, select, and negotiate with influencers.
Analyse influencer campaign data to assess ROI.
Maintain a comprehensive database of influencer metrics and trends.
Share influencer insights with the broader Social Media team and other Lines of Business as appropriate.
The individual will collaborate closely with local marketing teams to embed social and influencer insights into marketing and PR campaigns, creative development, and overall strategy.
This role will also collaborate with the regional team in order to contribute to the central EMEA team’s efforts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
A higher education degree in an area of the marketing field, preferably social media.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in social media.
Fluency in Spanish and English.
Experience managing influencer is key.
Experience in data collection and analysis
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good Team Player.
