IMC Manager
An opportunity for a ME serial process engineer has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe (Madrid).
Responsibilities
- Manage technology maturation from TRL6 to MRL7.
- Provide training in new technologies before entry into service.
- Drive innovation and idea generation for the plant.
- Oversee IMC governance, including MFT meetings and approval panels.
- Manage IMC modules such as showrooms, collaborative spaces, and the robotics lab.
- Collaborate with sponsors and the IMC team for project success.
- Contribute to the industrial means strategy for the next program launch.
- Ensure compliance with cost reduction and delivery time objectives.
- Foster the growth of the industrial means community and its competencies.
Skills
- Experience in industrial project management and technological development.
- Knowledge of Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) and Manufacturing Readiness Levels (MRL).
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Communication and networking skills.
- Strategic vision to anticipate future technological needs.
- Experience in supply chain management and supplier partnerships.
- Familiarity with auditing processes and continuous improvement.
