Participate in the field "screening team" on product issues. Identification, analysis, evaluation, and recording of key data.
Monitor processes and design actions to prevent issues or malfunctions, especially for recurring problems.
Identify best practices and develop guides; implement lean processes for improved performance.
Define and lead actions within the company's portfolio performance improvement plan. Prepare monitoring reports and execute related action plans.
Experience with methodologies for managing incidents, changes, performance measurement, and project management.
Perform organizational coaching to promote doing things right the first time and walking the talk.
