What will you do?
* Engage with regional clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
* Manage a high volume of accounts with a strong service and sales focus
* Drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques and client convincing
* Work towards and exceed performance targets and KPIs
* Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and business priorities
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
* Support clients in developing effective digital marketing strategies
Candidate profile
* Fluent in Norwegian (C2) and English (C1), both written and spoken
* Minimum 20 months of proven sales experience
* Strong ability to influence, persuade, and close sales
* Experience in digital marketing and Google Ads
* Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Strong client-facing experience with focus on service and retention
* Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments
* Deep understanding of the Nordic market and cultural nuances
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
* Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
