As an Associate Growth Sales Manager (GSL) focused on the Italian speaking market, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy to drive business growth within your designated territory. This involves the strategic use of the broader go-to-market ecosystem — including Business Development Representatives (BDRs), partners, presales teams, and renewal representatives — to maximize overall impact. The GSL is expected to engage directly with customers to identify and develop business opportunities, which may be pursued independently or in collaboration with partners. Additionally, partners will support the successful implementation of BMC Helix solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and strategic objectives.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success:

* Support and develop relationships directly with customers and channel partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
* Responsible for your own sales quota, as the primary Account Manager for a territory of accounts.
* Assist in executing sales strategies and partner enablement programs that align with BMC’s business objectives.
* Collaborate with internal teams (BDR, presales, Marketing, renewal reps) to support achieving goals.
* Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve success.
* Contribute to partner onboarding, training, and development initiatives to strengthen the BMC ecosystem.
* Leverage AI-driven sales engagement to create modern, customized, and innovative partner interactions.
* Continuously learn and adapt, staying ahead in the evolving IT landscape.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

* Experience in Solution Architect, Presales, or Consultant roles within the technology or software industry.
* Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and support partners effectively.
* Passion for sales.
* Solid technical foundation in areas such as orchestration, workflow automation, AI, cloud, integration, or data.
* Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
* Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Clear and confident communication, showcasing value and impact, while working collaboratively with teams and partners.
