At COCUNAT, we’re growing — and we’re looking for a Key Account Manager for Iberia to help us take our international expansion to the next level. If you have experience managing key retail accounts and love working in a dynamic, digital and mission-driven environment… we’d love to meet you!


Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Wholesale & Retail Director, your main responsibilities will include:
* Managing key accounts across Iberia, building strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners.
* Business development: identifying new commercial opportunities and proposing tailored solutions to meet our partners’ goals.
* Sell-in and sell-out focus: driving sales while ensuring flawless execution at the point of sale.
* Commercial negotiations aligned with the brand’s strategy.
* Forecasting and analysis: building and tracking budgets, forecasts and commercial KPIs.
* Regular visits to clients and stores to ensure brand guidelines are followed, monitor performance and identify new needs.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone who combines strategic vision and analytical thinking with the ability to build trust and deliver tangible results. A person who understands the value of a purpose-driven brand and is excited to take it further into international markets.

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager handling Iberian beauty retrailers.

* Background in cosmetics, beauty, or lifestyle. A strong network in the sector is a big plus.

* Analytical mindset, autonomy, and a hands-on, solution-driven attitude.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Fluency in English and Spanish. Portuguese will be considered a plus.

* Willingness to travel every other week.
