In this position, you’ll join a team fully dedicated to one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
Lead all aspects of multiple, large-scale projects for
one of our key pharma accounts, from briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics, production and content coordination
Ensure full alignment with client's operational standards, compliance requirements, approval processes and event procedures
Act as the main point of contact for client's stakeholders during the implementation phase
Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers and reporting with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Support, mentor and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project delivery
Must haves
8+ years of event project management experience within the
pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including end-to-end attendee management and event delivery
Previous experience working in an
event agency environment
and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, compliance requirements and client processes
Excellent organisational, negotiation and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive communication style, process‑driven mindset and strong attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office
and strong hands‑on experience with
Cvent, including website development, attendee management, and budgeting
Full professional proficiency in
English & Spanish
Based in
Madrid
and available to travel regularly
Nice to haves
Fluency in French or German, written and spoken
Compensation
The salary range for this position is between (X) and (Y), based on our internal salary framework and external market benchmarks. Final compensation will depend on your experience, the level and scope of the role, and your specific location.
