Job Title : Global Senior FP&A Analyst City Country : The Global Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving profitable growth and contributing to the transparency of business results by highlighting underlying business drivers and collaborating closely with Business finance leaders. Strong communication skills are essential to drive accountability, engagement, and the ability to find compromises with senior finance leaders. A multi-dimensional technical skill set developed through experiences in finance roles (audit, accounting, business controlling, reporting) is critical to support discussions with Group finance leaders due to the wide range of technical topics involved.
Support the Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team in a broad set of reporting matters in connection with M&A.
Identify issues arising from accounting processes distorting BU performance in strong collaboration with FC&A (Financial Control and Accounting).
Budget & Forecasting: Support global planning processes: monthly (RQE and RAF), yearly (Budget) and long-range planning.
Safeguard quality and consistency of projected Income statement by BU by challenging assumptions and sharing insights.
Prepare autonomously sharp and reliable financial analyses linked to business performance optimization initiatives.
Champion for digitization projects critical to increase team productivity and quality of business decisions.

Bachelor’s degreein Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in Audit, Business Controlling or Financial Planning and Analysis roles in an international environment.
Excellent English language skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
