Job Description
As Account Manager within Iberia & Cuba Organization you'll play a key role for expanding our business in the region. Working closely with the Business Groups and Partners, you'll be at the forefront of identifying, developing and leading sales opportunities that align with our long term vision and growth strategy.
The team evangelizes Nokia's Network Infrastructure approach and drives the development of new solutions, while implementing business strategies to grow and maintain customer relationships with Nokia, ensure satisfaction, and maximize profitable sales of products and services.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
* Manages revenue goals and provides regular updates to senior sales/operations staff concerning account issues, financial status, etc.
* Ability to separate tactical from strategic opportunities and to apply a variety of classical account strategies as may be required to close each opportunity.
* Works with internal team to propose specific solutions for a given account or partner.
* Stays abreast of current competition and implements strategies to block competitive advancement.
* Ensures gathering of market intelligence, technology trends in the relevant market, analyzing and communicating them to headquarter and the product units.
* Create stable relationships and "networking" to influence customer strategic decisions as well as network deployments
* Proactively build pipeline for Networks Infrastructure Business in the region
* Collect customer requirements and share them with related BG
* Coordinates activities with Biz Dev teams related to possible Networks Infrastructure integrated solutions
* Influence customer architecture/network evolution
Key Skills And Experience
* Strong selling and negotiation skills to close deals with excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
* Fluent in Spanish & English
* Knowledge of ETECSA CUBA CXO Management & Market
* Knowledge of NOKIA Solutions for CSP & DATACENTER
* Minimum experience of 10 years in telecommunications sector
* Proven record of customer focus in Iberia & Cuba
