To accelerate our expansion in Spain, we’re looking for a commercially driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Sales & Market Developer to lead the growth of our biopesticides portfolio.
Your mission
As Sales & Market Developer, you’ll be responsible for launching, promoting, and expanding the biopesticides business in Spain. You’ll build the market from the ground up—crafting a local go-to-market strategy and turning it into real, commercial success.
Your responsibilities
* Design and implement a commercial and channel strategy for biopesticides in the Spanish agricultural and horticultural markets.
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
* Develop strong relationships with growers, advisors, and channel partners to position BioWorks as a trusted solution provider.
* Present and promote our biosolutions portfolio to prospects and clients, with a focus on value selling and sustainable impact.
* Represent BioWorks at trade shows, field events, and networking forums to raise visibility and generate leads.
* Negotiate and close commercial agreements in collaboration with the European Sales Lead.
* Provide insights to the Technical and R&D teams based on customer needs and market feedback
* Track performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
* You’ll report directly to the Sales Lead, BioWorks Europe, and work closely with our technical and marketing teams.
Who are we looking for
* You have a degree in Agro- or Biotechnology, Bio-Engineering Sciences, or a related field.
* You bring 5+ years of experience in technical sales within agribusiness; knowledge of biopesticides, biostimulants, or biofertilizers is a strong plus.
* You’re a skilled relationship builder, with excellent commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
* You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
* You’re fluent in English.
* You’re based in Spain and open to travel within the territory.
