The project
As part of the HR Operations team, you will analyze and assist in the management of the different benefits of the company from a global perspective, such as different insurances, pension plans, company cars, etc.
What will the role entail?
* Research new benefits options and prepare reports on the effectiveness of existing programs.
* Help with communication about benefits.
* Support in managing employee claims and inquiries.
* Assist in organizing benefits-related presentations.
* Keep updated all the files with the actual information of each benefit.
Requirements
* Degree related to HR, Business, or similar.
* High level of English.
* High level of Excel.
