How you can help people and organizations work better together: Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the successful candidate should have proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers. Experience in CPG, Retail, and related Professional Services, with a focus on data-led insights and advisory capabilities, is preferred. Sales and client management experience in the services industries is also advantageous. As part of this role, you will: Build strong business relationships with our CPG clients, ensuring they gain value from our work and advocate for Advantage. Achieve sales and profit goals for your client portfolio and meet new business development targets. Collaborate with the Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategies, including financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts for global and local investments. Work across appropriate functions within our and our clients' businesses to meet client needs and develop service and product proposals. Exercise strong business acumen and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Provide leadership and support to Market leaders in developing and nurturing client relationships at the country level. Enhance the Advantage brand within the FMCG community through thought leadership activities such as keynote presentations, conference participation, white papers, and published articles. Where You’ll be Located: The candidate should ideally be based in Europe, in a country where we employ staff (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany preferred). This role is remote (home office based). Travel Expectations: Client office visits for presentations and meetings (more frequent in the second half of the year). Occasional visits to our Toronto Office. Participation in relevant conferences or industry events. The Capabilities and Skills that Matter: Expertise in the CPG retail industry. Ability to manage complex consulting projects. Excellent English communication skills, especially in a virtual environment. Skill in analyzing data and creating storytelling-style presentations. Independent work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, positive attitude, and respect for a corporate environment. Ability to foster strong inter-departmental communication and advocate for clients.
