Tasks
As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will develop the following challenging tasks and activities:
* Ensure the efficient delivery of employees' payroll at a high-quality level, adhering to HR, labor, taxes, and social security laws and regulations, as well as company requirements related to payments and contributions.
* Perform data payroll entry, payroll checks, payment and tax simulations, settlements, and annual tax declarations.
* Ensure a high level of compliance related to payroll, payments, contributions, and taxes, while securely managing personal data.
* Provide expert consultation in complex cases.
* Utilize and improve HR tools for employee administration, especially for Payroll and Social Security (SAP-HR, MyPulse, Siltra, Cashpooler, Escriba, RPA, etc.).
* Design and implement HR standards, including policies, processes, and tools for payroll, payments, and contributions.
* Consider potential impacts of HR-related legislation and regulations on daily operations.
* Manage day-to-day payroll operations and transactions.
* Advise on payroll processes and regulations.
* Support employees, managers, and HR Business Partners via global communications, Chatbot solutions, direct answers, and meetings.
Required Skills
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* University degree or higher vocational training in accounting, business administration, or human resources management.
* Specialized courses in payroll and management software are advantageous.
* Intermediate level of English proficiency.
