Job Responsibilities
* Achieve assigned area business goals and develop commercial activities in compliance with Aspen policies.
* Interface with decision-makers in public and private entities to promote Aspen's product portfolio.
* Develop partnerships with healthcare professionals in Gynecology, Urology, Radiotherapy, and hospital pharmacists.
* Collaborate with regional stakeholders and the Sales Director on partnership projects.
* Establish and maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals and opinion leaders.
* Implement strategic projects, organize training and clinical sessions.
* Manage tenders, contracts, and analyze market and competition.
* Identify new business opportunities and participate in industry events.
* Ensure compliance with laws, ethics, and company policies.
* Update scientific and role knowledge continuously.
* Engage healthcare professionals with scientific information and training initiatives.
* Ensure effective communication and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in pharma, biological, health sciences, or related fields;
other degrees like Business Administration valued.
* At least 2-5 years of experience in similar roles, especially with specialists.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and Catalan;
English and other languages valued.
* Knowledge in hospital and reimbursement fields, with a focus on Gynecology highly valued.
Additional Details
* Availability to travel up to 80% of the time.
* Senior level, full-time employment in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
