As an Intern in our Talent Acquisition department, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our innovative recruitment strategies while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
**What you will do?**:
- Assist our team in identifying and adopting innovative sourcing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and effectively attract top talent.
- Conduct CV screenings and phone interviews, playing a pivotal role in identifying top talent across the EMEA Region.
- Participate in Talent Meetings, where your ideas and insights will help shape our recruitment efforts.

**What about you?**:
- Proficient in English at a C2 level, with knowledge of other European languages as a plus, like German.
- Skilled in research and asking insightful questions.
