We are looking for an enthusiastic intern in the hospitality industry who will focus on floor quality as part of the operations quality team and who can support customer experience initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while contributing to key operational processes. A proactive attitude and a desire to learn are required!
What you´ll do
* Quality control and inspection of apartments prior to handover (inventory report and incident report).
* Provide direct support to guests, addressing questions and assisting with minor requests to enhance their stay.
* Point of contact for incidents between owners and guests.
* Follow-up on potential incidents.
* Guests experience tracking.
About you
* Currently studying or recently graduated in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
* Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
* Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
