This will be achieved by building sustainable products that are superior to traditional technology in terms of Performance, Emotion and Design.
What You Will Do
Define and implement global dealer trade marketing standards, covering POS material, visual merchandising, in‑store storytelling, demos, events, and activations.
Own the dealer POS strategy, delivering brand‑aligned tools that drive visibility, sell‑through, and retail excellence.
Lead dealer activations and launches, including demo days, ride events, seasonal campaigns, and trade shows.
Develop and scale the trade marketing playbook, ensuring consistent, high‑quality execution across the dealer network.
Serve as the strategic marketing partner for dealers, supporting campaigns, local initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales and RSMs.
Manage dealer race teams, ensuring brand consistency, visibility, and activation opportunities at events.
Track performance, optimise programs, and leverage feedback to maximise dealer impact and brand presence.
Build and maintain strong dealer relationships, acting as a brand ambassador and elevating Stark Future’s presence at retail and events.
What You Will Bring To Stark
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3–5+ years experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Brand Activation, ideally in automotive, motorcycles or premium brands.
Proven ability to execute dealer activations, retail campaigns, and trade shows across networks.
Strong understanding of dealer/distributor networks and physical retail environments.
Creative, brand‑driven, and highly organised, with excellent project management skills.
Collaborative and relationship‑focused, with strong cross‑functional communication skills.
Willingness to travel; passion for premium brands and motorsports a plus.
