Ensure compliance and manufacturability across all markets. /lilibDigital Transformation Process Excellence /b: Drive adoption of modern RD tools, digital processes, and best practices such as DfX and Design for Six Sigma to accelerate time-to-market. /lilibCross-Functional Collaboration: /b Partner closely with product management, operations, procurement, production, installation, and commercial teams to ensure seamless global-local execution. /lilibTeam Leadership /b: Inspire, develop, and grow a global RD organization, fostering innovation, agility, and high performance across engineering, product development, and advanced technology teams. /li /ul pbCandidate Profile /b /pullibEducation: /b M.Sc. or Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or technology field. /lilibExperience: /b10+ years in senior RD leadership roles in global organizations, ideally within building products or related industries; proven track record in driving RD strategy with measurable business impact; experience in leading global and multicultural teams. /lilibExpertise: /b Strong product development knowledge (NPD/NPI), engineering, quality, compliance, market understanding, and proficiency with modern RD tools (CAD, PLM, analytics, simulation). /lilibLeadership Personality: /b Value-driven, hands-on, action-oriented, proactive, humble yet confident, accountable, adaptable, resilient, and entrepreneurial.
