We are seeking a
Music Supervisor
to join their creative team. This role sits at the heart of the studio’s work across advertising, fashion, film, and branded content, giving you the chance to translate music into visual stories that resonate on a integral scale. You will lead projects from the first brief to final placement, collaborating with licensing, studio, and creative teams to ensure every note hits with precision and intent.

Main responsibilities
Creative Music Supervision
Lead music research and selection for campaigns, fashion shows, film, and branded content
Craft and present music decks that tell the story behind each track and its relevance to the project
Translate client briefs into original and contextually relevant musical directions
Maintain a deep and current knowledge of music culture, spanning catalogues, artists, labels and emerging scenes
Music Rights & Clearance
Navigate and understand the music rights landscape: ownership, cost, and structure and approach pitching with commercial awareness
Assess feasibility: rights holders, costs, and clearance complexity
Engage directly with labels, publishers, and artists to formalise clearances
Account Management & Creative Delivery
Manage day-to-day client communication, presenting proposals and guiding creative discussions
Contribute to presentations, creative reviews, and briefing sessions with clarity and intent
Ensure all outputs meet the studio’s high creative standards, with deliberate and intentional choices
Project Management
Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of timelines, deliverables, and potential challenges
Collaborate with the Lead Music Supervisor and studio team on complex projects, edits, and bespoke sound design
Contribute to the studio’s creative culture through research, curation, and internal inspiration
Core skills/experience
3–4 years of experience in music supervision, sync, or a related creative role
Deep musical fluency across independent and contemporary scenes, from catalogues to emerging artists
Strong creative instinct with the ability to articulate musical choices in context
Solid understanding of music rights and licensing, including clearance processes and deal structures
Proven experience presenting to clients and managing projects xhfqzwm from brief to final delivery
Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple projects with precision
Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with luxury brands, fashion houses, or premium agencies
Familiarity with union frameworks (AFM, SAG-AFTRA)
A strong editorial sensibility and experience across fashion shows, film, or long-form content
