Job Description:
An opportunity for Material Services within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Madrid).
Responsibilities
1. Manage Customer Orderbook and performance for Spares and Repair processes within EF scope.
2. Monitor OD KPIs and conduct deep analysis to improve organizational performance.
3. Identify and communicate potential risks to n+1 and implement mitigation actions with operational teams.
4. Act as the focal point for customer escalations and prioritizations, ensuring clarity for operational teams to maintain customer satisfaction.
5. Lead internal and external customer meetings to align with OD team activities.
6. Report on the orderbook status for different campaigns.
7. Follow the Order Desk Communication Manual.
8. Support process definition to optimize OD performance.
9. Assist in the implementation of GODN (Global Ordering Desk Network) and monitor analyst delegation to local teams under customer scope.
10. Coordinate operative issues related to Customer in internal order desk meetings.
11. Serve as OD main focal point in Customer Program Meetings, ensuring OD actions are completed.
Skills
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience in Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or Programmes.
* Experience working in a multicultural environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Leadership and teamwork abilities.
* Proficiency in English.
