Havaianas emerged to offer innovative and high-quality products, through color, joy, and a comfortable yet sophisticated lifestyle. /em /p pb Purpose of the Role: /b /pp Reporting to the Commercial Executive Manager, this position is responsible for the business relationships with our leading European Strategic Partners, namely Zalando, Amazon, Decathlon, Footlocker the Inditex Group. It is critically important to enable Havaianas to grow the business and elevate the brand in the marketplace. It is primarily focused with building and executing Strategic Account plans for all key accounts, delivering a best-in-class Go To Market process, and strengthening the relationships with our long-term brand partners. In the process, elevating the brand and sustainably growing the business. This includes driving strategic conversations and progress with the cross-functional leadership teams within our Partners organizations. The position requires excellent attention to detail, in-depth understanding of a successful Strategic Account governance process and exceptional analytics and presentation skills. It will also include regular contact and engagement with the EHQ Leadership Team. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /pulli Sales and account management for our European Strategic Partners (Zalando/Amazon/Decathlon/Footlocker/Inditex). /lili Reporting to the Commercial Executive Manager, driving strategic and sustainable growth and brand elevation across all accounts, influencing the rest of the marketplace. /lili Own and drive short and long term cross-functional planning direction for the defined group of partners, to include seasonal product assortments, retail trade investment and execution and operational excellence. /lili Execute an elevated service model for all Strategic partners. /lili Utilize and share sell out analysis and reporting, identifying opportunities within all markets. /lili Annual budget planning per account, informing the European plan. /lili Aligning with the Commercial Director and EHQ on critical account meetings. /lili Support and collaborate with the customer service team to drive operational excellence. /li /ul pb What We’re Looking For: /b /pulli Strategic business development experience growth mindset. /lili Executive-level communication experience with strong commercial, negotiation analytical skills. /lili Assertive, ambitious proactive attitude towards problem solving. /lili Strong reporting skills in excel and PPT. /lili Team player with excellent communication and relationship management skills. /lili Organized self-motivated. /li /ul
