Role Purpose
The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving and delivering HOFF’s key marketing projects - from 360° integral campaigns to cross-department initiatives, collaborations, and strategic brand programs. This role ensures alignment, consistency, and excellence across all touchpoints while elevating HOFF’s global positioning and improving operational efficiency across the marketing organization.
We’ll give you a deeper look into the role:
1. Strategic Project Management
- Lead and coordinate priority marketing projects including collaborations, flagship openings, brand initiatives, creator programs, product storytelling, and more.
- Build project scopes, timelines, workflows, and deliverable plans from start to finish.
- Ensure every project reflects HOFF’s brand direction, strategic priorities, and quality standards.
2. 360° Campaign Leadership
- Manage global brand and product campaigns across content, digital, PR, retail, and product teams.
- Guarantee creative and strategic consistency across channels and markets.
- Coordinate all departments to ensure seamless execution for every drop and brand moment.
3. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as the central coordination point across marketing, product, retail, and digital teams.
- Streamline communication, ensuring clarity on timings, messaging, dependencies, and responsibilities.
- Facilitate alignment meetings, track status, and remove roadblocks proactively.
4. Process Ownership & Operational Excellence
- Build and optimise workflows for campaigns and cross-marketing projects.
- Implement tools, timelines, and best practices to improve speed, consistency, and predictability.
- Lead post-mortems and translate learnings into improved processes.
5. Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Ensure all marketing outputs - visuals, copy, tone, storytelling, and design - align with HOFF’s updated brand positioning.
- Partner with creative, content, and product teams to maintain a high standard of execution.
6. Prioritisation & Focus on High-Impact Work
- Prioritise Tier 1 projects such as key campaigns, strategic collaborations, and store openings.
- Improve coordination, eliminate overlaps, and strengthen execution quality.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and ensure on-time, on-brand delivery.

- 3–5 years of experience in marketing project management or campaign/project coordination (fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or creative industries preferred).
- Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with operational discipline.
- Highly proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English & Spanish
