LMS-Learning Management System Consultant (Moodle Expert)
Are you interested in joining our team supporting the work of EUIPO? We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Management System role. EUIPO is responsible for managing EU trade marks, registered community designs, and geographical indications for craft and industrial products. They play a crucial role in safeguarding Europe’s knowledge and competitive edge in the global marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse, maintain, and improve the EUIPO Academy Learning Portal (Moodle-based).
* Research and troubleshoot LMS issues, propose improvements, and implement solutions.
* Provide benchmarking information, best practices, and methodologies for LMS content management and data reporting.
* Ensure service continuity and compliance with EUIPO standards and service levels.
* Participate in meetings and provide feedback on LMS-related matters.
* Publish and modify courses on Moodle, including SCORM packages and video content.
* Create and run ad-hoc reports and support automation of LMS statistics and reporting.
* Produce and maintain LMS guides and user instructions.
* Respond to queries from functional mailboxes and internal ticket systems, proposing solutions to reduce incident repetition.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in analysing, maintaining, and improving Moodle-based systems and services.
* Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to implement concrete LMS solutions.
* Skilled in maintaining and customising applications related to LMS operations and methodologies.
* Experience with SCORM content and video integration in Moodle.
* Ability to produce clear, user-friendly LMS documentation and guides.
* Minimum C1 level of English (spoken and written), as required by EUIPO standards.
