Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth for the Premium IOL portfolio by partnering with key ophthalmology accounts and clinics. You will develop strategic plans, align cross-functional teams, and execute initiatives that expand market presence. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers and specialists to tailor solutions that meet clinic needs and patient outcomes. - Manage the Premium IOL portfolio and build strategic plans for key customers
- Map influence and decision-makers to develop tailored business plans
- Present premium IOL portfolio and equipment to clients
- Coordinate with Sales Managers and Support functions to prioritize development plans for private customers
- Track, report, and update management on progress against targets and initiatives
- Develop and implement business plans with key accounts and cross-functional teams
- Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers
- Expand market share for the anterior segment portfolio with Premium IOL focus
- Support private accounts in the region and ensure product-market fit with internal teams
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet targets
- Provide market and performance reports to senior managementResponsabilidades
- 1 year experience in Ophthalmology
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans
- Strong analytical knowledge of cataract and refractive market
- Fluent in English
- Based in Madrid
