About the location :

Located in the heart of Madrid, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is a historic landmark infused with modern energy. It features seven historic buildings transformed into a dynamic destination, with rooftop dining by celebrity chef Dani García, Asian-Mediterranean cuisine at our award-winning restaurant Isa, and a four-level Wellness Centre with a sun-splashed pool terrace.

The Role of Call Center Agent :

We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our reservations department. The ideal candidate will provide first-class service, meet guest needs, and act as an ambassador for the Four Seasons brand. Responsibilities include :

* Handling all incoming calls as a meeting point.
* Supporting callers with questions and requirements.
* Connecting guests with appropriate departments or transferring information.

Our Ideal Call Center Agent will have :

We seek highly motivated team players with excellent communication skills, as this role involves direct contact with guests. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required. Experience in a similar role within a five-star luxury environment is preferred.

Must have the legal right to work in Spain and be fluent in English and Spanish.
