The opportunity
We’re seeking a Solutions Consultant based in Spain to join our growing Solution Engineering team, supporting Europe with a focus on Spain & Portugal. The Solutions Consultant will work closely with our sales team in a technical capacity to address real-world cybersecurity challenges for prospective customers. You’ll identify and define customer requirements and align our solutions to deliver value and secure technical wins.
Your main responsibilities :
* Maintain expert technical knowledge of Immersive Labs’ Cyber Resilience Platform and competitor technologies.
* Identify and help define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use cases to align with Immersive Labs’ solutions.
* Engage C-level executives, cybersecurity professionals, and business units through detailed solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept management.
* Act as a security advisor during the sales process by developing cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and assessing organizational risk.
* Collaborate with Sales to strategize and execute plans to win new business and upsell existing customers.
* Stay informed of evolving threats, trends, and new technologies by engaging with the cybersecurity community.
* Work with product, content, and engineering teams as the voice of the customer to influence product development.
* Represent Immersive Labs at conferences, security events, and client meetings.
To be successful :
* 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, IT, or cybersecurity.
* Proficiency in IT fundamentals : hardware, software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
* Knowledge of information security concepts, standards, and compliance requirements.
* Hands-on experience with Windows & Linux OS, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and cloud environments.
* Experience delivering technical presentations to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher.
