The Talent & HR Projects department is the heartbeat of our growth, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain the best talent to drive our business forward. We are looking for a Talent Manager to lead the Talent agenda in Iberia (Spain & Portugal). Reporting directly to the HR Director and leading a team of professionals, you will connect the Talent strategy with organizational priorities. Responsibilities
* Lead the Talent Strategy: manage and develop the Talent team, fostering high performance and collaboration, defining and driving the Talent strategy for Iberia, ensuring alignment with local priorities and Group HR guidelines.
* Attract & Connect: own Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, manage strategic pipelines (e.G., Graduate Programme), lead initiatives like Top Employer, and manage relationships with headhunters and universities.
* Drive Performance & Culture: lead the deployment of Performance Management frameworks, promote a strong feedback culture, drive talent reviews and people discussions to support succession planning.
* Empower Learning: define Learning & Development strategies aligned with business needs, from design to deployment, ensuring development programs and compliance requirements deliver real impact and effective capability building.
* Innovate with Tech & Data: lead HR Projects and drive optimization of the Talent area through technology (SuccessFactors, AI applied to HR).
* Data, Governance & Collaboration: use a process‑driven approach, defining KPIs to support decisions, continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
* University degree (HR, Business, Law) and at least 8 years of proven experience across the full Talent lifecycle (TA, TM, Performance, L&D) and HR projects. A Postgraduate degree or Master's in HR is a plus.
* Strategic & Tech‑Savvy: business‑oriented mindset, comfortable with HR technologies (HRIS/SuccessFactors) and data analytics. Background in consulting (HR/Transformation) or executive search is a strong plus. Familiarity with Agile or Design Thinking applied to HR is valued.
* Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
* Very high level of Spanish and English (C1–C2).
