THE ROLE
We are looking for a Brand manager to join our Marketing team. This role is strategic, execution-focused, and market-oriented, responsible for translating global brand strategy into impactful local execution in close collaboration with centralized expert teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Brand Stewardship & Local Relevance
- Adapt integral brand strategy to local market needs
- Ensure brand consistency and local relevance
- Consumer & Customer Centricity
- Develop local consumers, customers, and channel insights
- Identify market-specific growth opportunities
- Execution Excellence
- Lead best-in-class execution of global and regional plans
- Ensure excellence at point of sale and commercial execution
- Channel & Customer Planning
- Develop and execute channel and key customer plans
- Drive execution across channels
- Budget & Performance
- Manage A&CP; budget and track ROI
- Provide pricing recommendations
- Owned & Earned Media
- Lead locally relevant PR, influencer, and education initiatives
- Amplify global campaigns through local channels
- People & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales and central expert teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or similar
- Experience in brand marketing with strong execution focus
- Analytical, commercial, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills
- Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian
