**Coral Club Spain** is looking for a **Regional Sales Manager in Alicante (Aspe),** who would manage, develop and support the sales process on local marketSince its founding in 1998, Coral Club has become a leading manufacturer and supplier of products for a healthy lifestyle.The company uses innovative methods and cutting-edge health research and development to offer high-quality products with maximum nutritional content that contribute to a healthy balance in the body.**What you will do**- Manage the sales process and support an existing team of sales managers (product distributors)- Create and build partnerships with regional distributors- Create conditions for distributors to work effectively with customers: product presentation, communication rules and marketing promotions- Motivate and support distributors with information- Analyse and planning sales, indicators for the region- Identify and stimulate the activity of distributors- Understand the regional market and its development- Collaborate with heads of offices in the region and develop customer-oriented service- Work with analytics based on statistical data**About you**- You have more than 3 years of experience in sales- You have a high level of spoken and written Spanish and English languages- Good communication and negotiation skills- Ability to make key decisions and solve problems,, service-oriented person**We offer**- A great team in a multinational work environment.
