We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager Spain to lead sales growth and dealer network development across Spain. /p p The role will be reported directly to the Country Manager. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /p p Dealer and Network Development /pulli Build strong, productive relationships with dealers and importer-retail partners across the cluster. /lili Identify opportunities to improve retailer capability, standards, customer experience, and local market execution. /lili Assess network coverage and support the appointment, upgrade, or exit of partners in line with brand standards and growth priorities. /lili Work cross-functionally with marketing and after-sales teams to support holistic dealer development. /li /ul p Sales Leadership /pulli Deliver retail and wholesale targets for motorcycles, accessories, and related commercial programmes across the region. /lili Work with dealers to plan monthly and quarterly sales actions, launch readiness, promotional activity, and pipeline conversion. /lili Monitor KPIs, market demand, stock flow, and conversion performance, putting in place corrective actions where required. /lili Lead dealer readiness for new product launches, including training alignment, point-of-sale materials, demos, and execution standards. /lili Provide direction and support to Area Sales Managers working within the territory. /li /ul p Market Insight and Representation /pulli Act as the voice of the market, feeding back competitor intelligence, customer trends, commercial risks, and growth opportunities. /lili Contribute to sales forecasting, product demand planning, and customer targeting decisions. /lili Represent the brand at selected events, ride-outs, launches, and commercial activations where appropriate. /li /ul pb Key requirements /b /p ulli Experienced in the motorcycles industry /lili Strong knowledge of dealer network management, retail sales processes, wholesale terms, and route-to-market models. /lili Experience managing markets through importer-retailer structures would be highly valuable. /lili Strong experience in dealer network development across Spain /lili Background in the motorcycle industry with a proper network already in place /lili Deep understanding of the local Spanish market /lili Driving licenses: A B /lili Agile, flexible mindset; dynamic and adaptable to change /lili High level of independence and autonomy /lili Ability to work remotely with managers based in different countries /lili Strong decision making capabilities /lili Travel requirement: around 80% /lili Availability to participate in dealers’ events during weekends /lili English Fluent, Spanish Fluent any other languages will be a plus /li /ul
