Role Overview

As a Senior Specialist Seller, you will be a key player in driving the adoption and growth of the strategic Redis joint cloud offering with Microsoft Azure. You’ll work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge Azure Redis Enterprise solutions that help organizations make informed decisions, drive innovation, and transform their businesses.

You will collaborate with technical, partner, and consulting resources to advance the sales process and achieve or exceed quarterly Azure Redis Enterprise Cloud revenue and usage targets in your assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

* Migration Focus: Identify and drive migrations from all other flavors of Redis to the new Azure Redis Enterprise offering and identify new customers for this offering.
* Adoption and Growth: Drive Azure Redis Enterprise adoption and increase consumption within your customers. Candidates should have both sales and technical backgrounds.
* Thought Leadership: Define the Azure Redis Enterprise strategy in the market, lead speaking engagements, and highlight industry-specific best practices and technical trends in the Data and AI space.
* Business Growth: Responsible for driving year-over-year growth and increasing the contribution of this business to Redis's overall revenue in your territory.
* Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a proactive approach, curiosity, deep customer understanding, and a challenger mindset.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Microsoft counterparts and internal teams to drive co-sell opportunities, develop solutions aligned with customer needs, and analyze market trends for new solutions.
* Mentorship: Act as a mentor to colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of technology-related sales experience in the Data and Analytics space.
* Experience selling to senior decision-makers, aligning solutions with business strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Passion for cloud computing technologies and emerging trends.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and experience working with Microsoft enterprise sales teams.
* Proactive in growing technical knowledge and a growth mindset.
* Self-driven with problem-solving skills and curiosity.
