PbAI Technical Business Analyst /b /pulli2x per week in the Valencia office /li /ulpOur client, a IT consultancy is looking for a AI Technical Business Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. /ppbr/ppYou'll the link between business stakeholders, engineering teams for the internal AI tooling ecosystem. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliWork closely with stakeholders to, evaluate, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements for AI-driven automation initiatives. /liliConduct business process analysis by documenting current-state and future-state workflows, identifying opportunities for intelligent automation leveraging ML, LLMs, and orchestration platforms. /liliSupport solution design by converting business needs into technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and high-level solution designs in collaboration with architects and development teams. /liliDrive change management and adoption by creating training materials, supporting organisational transition, and tracking adoption metrics for both deployed automations and internal MCP tools. /liliEnsure governance and compliance by validating that solutions and generated artefacts meet security, GDPR, model governance, and ethical AI standards. /liliManage stakeholders through clear and proactive communication with internal teams, partners, and external clients, identifying and escalating risks and dependencies as needed. /li /ulpbr/ppbExperience and Skills Required /b /ppbr/pulli5+ years of experience in business analysis, including a 2 years delivering AI, data, or automation-focused initiatives. /liliHands-on experience defining or using AI-assisted documentation and code-generation tools (such as MCP, GitHub Copilot, or LangChain) to accelerate software delivery. /liliPractical understanding of AI/ML platforms and services, including Anthropic/OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and related frameworks. /liliStrong capability in business process modelling (BPMN), user story mapping, and backlog management using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. /liliWorking knowledge of SQL and at least one scripting language (preferably Python) for data analysis and output validation. /liliFamiliarity with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). /liliExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. /liliExperience operating within Agile/Scrum and DevOps delivery environments. /liliRelevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, Agile BA, UiPath Business Analyst) are considered an advantage. /li /ulpbr/ppbIf you have the desired skills and experience and would like to find out more please apply to this advert If successful we will be in touch to discuss the role in more detail. /b /p
