Process Area Internship
Process area you will support the Department in the following tasks:
* Help to define with the project team the process, in order to meet performance and cost targets in the project
* First to learn and second to support the process development documentation
* Help to organize pre‑serial trials as part of Mass production activity of Iprom, of progressively increased volumes, to achieve flawless Customer Start of Production, after full day production run
* Collaborate to alert the manager when standards are not met
* Support the assessment of industrial feasibility of the project by collaborating with the product development team to facilitate simultaneous engineering
* Assist in defining the detailed manufacturing process to help meet performance, cost, and quality objectives, while ensuring adherence to safety and VPS (Valeo Production System) standards
* Contribute to the preparation and follow‑up of manufacturing equipment design and validation under the supervision of the project team
* Contribute to maintain and organize process development documentation
* Participate in the organization and monitoring of pre‑serial production trials, supporting activities to ensure readiness for Customer Start of Production
* Support the project industrial team during internal and external meetings (with customers or suppliers) without representing the organization independently
Qualifications
* Industrial Engineering degree (Spanish public universities' graduates or students)
* B2 English level is required - Mandatory
* Be result oriented, commitment to teamwork within an international environment
* Professionalism and transparency

* Passion for the automotive industry
