Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers and dealerships by phone and email. Your mission is to provide clear information, follow up on cases and ensure customers receive a great service experience.
- Support customers with questions, issues or requests
- Follow up on open cases until completion
- Provide solutions and escalates when needed
- Make reminder calls and gather customer feedback
- Update CRM tools and prepare summaries or reports
- Share insights to help improve processes and customer satisfaction
This position is based in Barcelona. The first three months are on-site and after that the role becomes hybrid (50% remote).
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch (C2 or advanced)
- Comfortable talking to customers by phone and email
- Organized, proactive and able to follow processes
- Basic computer and CRM skills
