Role: Customer Success Manager - Spanish Speaking
Location: Remote - trip to Paris office once every other month.

The Role:As a Customer Success Manager you'll manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention, development, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
Building and managing long‐term client relationships (C-level to operations).
Retaining and developing a strong customer portfolio of 90–100 accounts.
Preventing churn while identifying upsell and cross‐sell opportunities.
Monitoring KPIs and achieving monthly retention and sales growth targets.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
Background in the MarTech industry (preferred).
Fluent Spanish and English (essential)
Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Planhat, ChurnZero, or Custify is a plus.
A proactive, results‐driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
