Overview
The 3 components of Construction Land Development are Acquisition, Forward Planning/Entitlement and Development/Infrastructure. This position requires 10+ years of experience in Forward Planning or Entitlement. The role starts with 4 projects and aims to manage up to 8 projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
* Focus on all entitlement issues: zoning, plan approvals, working with government agencies and permitting.
* Collaborate with Engineers, Land Acquisition Departments, Architects, Soil & Environmental Engineers, Landscape Architects and other consultants.
* Assist with due diligence in land acquisition.
* Coordinate and manage entitlement contract work.
* Liaise with trade partners.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management.
* Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams across development and permitting.
