Your Tasks
1. First Level of troubleshooting and technical support for any SCADA and Network issues coming from the field.
2. Working with the Company ticketing system to monitor tasks and assist field staff.
3. First Level of support for Client’s IT requests and troubleshooting.
4. Capacity to attend site and provide on-site assistance when required (especially for the Spanish colleague, this is important).
5. Work in collaboration with Global Departments to assist in finding solutions when needed.
Your Profile
1. Professional education in an Engineering subject.
2. Knowledge and experience with different communication protocols (IEC104; ModBus; OPC UA/DA).
3. Knowledge and experience working with SQL Databases.
4. Knowledge and experience in hardware configuration (switches, firewalls, routers, servers).
5. Minimum 3 years’ experience with SCADA Systems, troubleshooting and maintenance, ideally in the wind sector.
6. Understanding of cybersecurity within IT and IT infrastructures.
7. Programming experience would be welcomed.
