The Opportunity We are seeking aPower Electronics Modelling & Simulation Expertto join ourProduct Innovation & Development team, working on next-generation power-conversion solutions for renewable energy and energy-storage applications. In this role, you will be directly involved in shaping products fromearly concept and modelling through laboratory validation, commissioning, and certification, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a truly international environment. This position offers high technical exposure, hands-on laboratory work, and the opportunity to influence real products deployed worldwide.How You'll Make an Impact Design, model, and simulate power electronics converters and control systems (AC/DC, DC/DC) using tools such asPLECS, Simulink, PSCAD, or SPICE. Support theselection, qualification, and verificationof semiconductors, passive components, and protection devices. Contribute tofast, iterative development cycles, combining simulation, prototyping, laboratory testing, and commissioning activities. Build, maintain, and operatelaboratory test setupsto verify the performance, efficiency, and robustness of power conversion systems. Analyse logs, signals, and test results, producingclear and reusable technical reportsto support engineering, quality, and certification teams. Supportvalidation, qualification, and certification activitiesin laboratory, factory, and selected field environments.Your Background BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field(minimum requirement). Solid experience inpower electronics design, including converters, control strategies, and system-level integration. Strong hands-on experience withmodelling and simulation tools(PLECS, Simulink, PSCAD, SPICE or similar). Practical experience withlaboratory instrumentation, prototype testing, and commissioningis highly valued.
