Your Role
As the Data, Digital & IT Omni-Channel CX Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with IT strategies, ensuring that our product roadmaps align seamlessly with organizational goals. You will gather and define requirements, driving the digital transformation that enhances our customer experience and sales enablement initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in developing scalable and future‑ready solutions, encompassing e‑commerce, SAP BTP Packages, and Salesforce. You will lead the technical direction from a customer experience perspective, collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and effective solutions. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate key Scrum events, keeping the team aligned and focused on their objectives. Your analytical skills will guide investment decisions by analyzing market trends and business models, translating strategies into actionable IT plans. You will foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing consultative advice on technology investments and their implications for business outcomes. Ultimately, your contributions will significantly enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Who You Are
- You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
- You have over 10 years of experience in areas such as business architecture, application development, or data analysis.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience with e‑commerce platforms, particularly SAP SD and CRM, with a deep understanding of lead‑to‑order and order‑to‑cash processes.
- You are proficient in platforms like SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, and have experience with integration across various process areas.
- You possess strong leadership skills, having managed large enterprise implementation projects with a integral perspective.
- You have technical expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform, Salesforce solutions, and middleware technologies.
- You are knowledgeable about data modeling for complex B2B/B2C processes and analytical tools.
- You have familiarity with process mining tools like Signavio and hold Six Sigma certification, which is an advantage.
