What are we looking for?
Functional Murex profile to support Santander UK Murex 3 FXFI and Murex EQ instances.
The role involves providing both functional and technical support for the Murex trading platform, along with implementing changes.
We are looking for a relatively junior team member (not a junior role as such, as a minimum of 1–2 years' experience is required) to take ownership of routine tasks, enabling senior team members to focus on higher-value analysis activities. xpzdshu
Role Objective
To support the Murex team by handling day-to-day operational and support tasks, contributing to:
* Business-as-usual (BAU) stability
* Delivery of key strategic projects
Key Responsibilities
* Direct interaction with business users
* Murex incident investigation and resolution
* Task and incident management using tools such as Jira and ServiceNow
* Functional and technical support of the Murex platform
* Collaboration with local and global business and IT teams
Mandatory Skills
* Murex experience and knowledge of financial markets
* Understanding of financial products
* Knowledge of the trade lifecycle
* Client-oriented mindset
* Basic programming skills
* Strong teamwork abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills
* Fluent Spanish
