As part of our growth, we are looking for an International Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the different industries, including Food & Beverage, Beauty, Retail, among others. This role offers the opportunity to work in an international and dynamic environment, managing both Spanish and global recruitment projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment processes for clients from different industries.Lead all key phases of the recruitment process autonomously: client briefing, search strategy design, candidate identification, assessment, and process closing.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and continuous communication throughout the process.Evaluate candidates, managing recruitment processes for both national and international roles.Identify and attract active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive talent sourcing.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles.Ensure the successful delivery of recruitment projects and the achievement of defined KPIs.
RequirementsUniversity degree.3+ years of experience in recruitmentStrong business acumen and ability to understand clients' needs and translate them into talent strategies.High level of English and Spanish (a third language is a plus).Strong client orientation and ability to manage recruitment processes autonomously.Proactive mindset, fast learning ability, and strong organizational skills.
