We are therefore looking for a Business Development Manager for our office in Madrid who can be in charge of this and ensure that we grow our Spanish business.If you are passionate about digital marketing and working in an internationally growing environment, then this will be a great opportunity for you.**Your role**:As our Business Development Manager in Spain, you will be responsible for helping Adservice grow the number of clients in the Spanish market, this by helping to identify and develop opportunities in new markets and business areas. Your assignments will be varied and business development will be an important element of your tasks.To be successful, you need to be passionate, able to work autonomously, good communication and have a really good business understanding.You will be a part of an environment and a team where high ambition, teamwork and flexibility are of great importance for how we work.**Your responsibilites**:- Identifying and developing opportunities in new markets and business areas- Growth the number of clients for Adservice Spanish Market- Negotiating and closing deals with both direct clients and media agencies- Following up results of key accounts in coordination with our publisher account management teams- Plan and forecast targets together with the direction**What we expect from you**:- 5+ years of experience with proven success in performance marketing sales- You are self-organized, proactive and result-oriented- You are able to present a proven client portfolio with both brands and agencies- You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to build trusted internal and external relationships- You are able to communicate effectively in English (both written and oral), if you are able to speak other languages this is highly appreciated, but not a mustOur management philosophy is based on the belief that positive, ambitious, and proactive people are the key to a successful company.
