Role Overview:
We are looking for the Sales DirectorSpain, a commercially driven and data-savvy leader with proven experience in the IT sector, capable of relaunching and leading commercial strategy from the ground up. This is a confidential and strategic role that will report directly to CEO.
This role is ideal for someone with the entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of the Spanish market, supported by a solid international IT brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and execute the commercial strategy for Spain, focusing on growth in the IT services market.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
3. Generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
4. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums.
5. Build and manage performance-driven KPIs, including revenue targets, prospect conversion, and client acquisition.
6. Act as the main point of contact with HQ, ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategic vision.
7. Present clear, data-based business proposals to senior leadership for project approvals.
8. Work closely with key stakeholders, adapting to a detailed and approval-based decision-making culture.
