DaoPay is expanding and seeks a hands-on, flexible B2B Marketing Manager who can balance practical execution with strategic development. You will shape our marketing direction while managing day-to-day tasks, producing strong visuals, and delivering impact within tight budgets. · Drive digital growth: SEO, website updates, analytics, and performance monitoring.
· Build targeted lead-generation campaigns in collaboration with Sales.
· Create practical content—blogs, social posts, presentations, sales materials—aligned with strategic goals.
· Design campaigns, branding, and digital channels using professional tools.
· Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication.
· Produce compliant, high-quality materials for commercial and regulatory use.
· Work resourcefully with tight budgets and find creative, cost-efficient solutions.
2–5 years of B2B marketing experience; Strong hands-on skills with SEO tools, Google Analytics, CRM/automation platforms, and WordPress.
· Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
· Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
· Willing to work on-site in our central Barcelona office.
