As we scale our operations across the EMEA region, we are looking for a Project Manager based in Spain to join our international team. You will be the glue that holds our technology and operations together, working across time zones with our hubs in London, Dubai, Toronto, and Riyadh.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact role for a professional with 2–5 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. You will lead projects that are at the cutting edge of AI, including:
* Platform Rollouts: Managing the lifecycle of new AI-driven features.
* International Integrations: Coordinating API syncs with global enterprise partners.
* Operational Excellence: Automating internal workflows to support rapid scaling.
* Product Roadmap: Aligning technical sprints with business goals.
What You’ll Do
* End-to-End Delivery: Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines using Agile methodologies.
* Cross-Hub Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between our engineering teams and global leadership.
* Strategic Documentation: Maintain clear project scopes, risk assessments, and KPI dashboards.
* Problem Solving: Identify technical or operational bottlenecks and implement swift solutions.
* Communication: Lead sprint reviews and provide concise updates to the executive team.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2–5 years as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead in the Tech/SaaS sector.
* Communication: Native or bilingual proficiency in English (Essential). Spanish is a plus for local operations.
* Mindset: Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable with the "startup" pace where you build the roadmap as you go.
* Tech Stack: Expert proficiency with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Slack/Trello.
* Adaptability: Experience working with distributed teams and different cultural contexts.
