We are looking for a VP Artwork to head our dynamic Artwork team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves tackling new challenges, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.
SUMMARY OF POSITION
The VP Artwork will oversee the work of the Artwork Team, which includes coordination of stakeholders and resources;
Ensure that the most effective setups and workflows are in place for a productive, cost efficient and safe Artwork Production process;
Provide maintenance anddeveloping new capabilities for the Artwork Databases;
Analyze all incoming artwork requests to ensure their integrity and ensure that any exceptions or problems are dealt in an efficient manner and without disruption to the rest of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:
* Development of Artwork database within the framework defined by Regulatory, Supply, Quality and Artwork needs.
* Responsible for ensuring that the Artwork Director, Artwork Technician, and Artwork Admin personnel are correctly trained, equipped and supported to be able to be effective in their respective responsibilities.
* Analysis of all projects, independently of whether they are standard projects or atypical projects reaching the studio, giving full support and linking all stakeholders, creating new workflows if needed, and cleaning all lines of communication to increase effectivity.
* To monitor production from Artwork Technicians, readdressing lack of quantity of quality in a safe, supporting manner.
* To act as first line of action when problems arise, ensuring that the Artwork Team is fully supported and their activities unaffected – whilst looking for solutions in a safe and solid way with all relevant stakeholders.
* To ensure compliance with data integrity procedures and relevant Adalvo policies.
* To ensure compliance actions are implemented within approved timelines.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
* Completed Higher education, ideally in arts / media
* Having worked in the Artwork Pharmaceutical industry a minimum of 10 years.
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
* In depth knowledge of artwork related software
* Ability to coordinate the artwork team and also cover the needs of individuals
* Ideally, strong knowledge of relational databases to increase control of the Artwork Database.
* Train technical and cross-function teams
