Our client, a fund of founds focused in Venture Capital that invests in some of the top tier firms worldwide, is looking for a Personal and Executive assistant to two Managing Partners.
Working closely and assisting to the Managing Partners her/his main responsibilities will be:
Responsibilities:
* Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
* Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation (Europe, U.S., Asia, ...)
* Assist with various ad hoc projects (such as event organization, proofreading, creating presentation for meetings, preparing for interviews).
* Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
* Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
* Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff when necessary.
* Organize private affairs of the manager.

Requirements:
* Good English and Spanish level.
* Minimum 6 years experience as a personal and executive assistant.
* Availability to coordinate any urgent task.
* Experience working in international environment
