The current environment demands new ways of thinking, looking, and relating.What does this internship consist of?In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed #DISCOVER, an exclusive program designed to provide top training in emerging areas essential for future professionals.You will have the opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree, structured in three modules, allowing you to DISCOVER the most in-demand skills today. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in a department related to your degree, where you can apply and expand your academic knowledge.The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts for 11 months (excluding August). Supporting the configuration and development of internal tools (mainly SAP, also Workday, Time...)Providing innovative solutions to meet business needs by collaborating on HR strategy developmentDesigning and implementing HR standards, policies, processes, and tools aligned with Business and HR strategiesConsidering impacts of HR legislation and regulations on daily operationsImplementing functional requirements from HR Reward OperationsProviding technical support for new business needsParticipating in improvement projectsRequired skills :
